LEAP Talent Development: Construction in Nashville is the only forum designed for L&D leaders in the construction industry. This is an intimate forum spanning 3 days, for L&D leaders to transform talent development into a strategic force that elevates project site performance.
It will be an extremely targeted forum, uniting 100+ talent developers and people managers from companies included in Fortune 500, Forbes Best Places to Work and ENRs Top 100 Contractors.
This event is designed for talent development leaders working in construction. We're aiming to unite Chief Talent Officers, Presidents of People Development, Heads of Learning & Development, and Directors of Talent Development, to name a few examples. We already have attendees signed up from Clayco, EMCOR, Colas, Shawmut Design & Construction, HITT Contracting, Barton Malow and more.
Key themes include:
- Driving retention
- Strengthening culture
- Building leadership capability
- Enabling workforce scalability
We believe the traditional conference format is not fit-for-purpose, so we've ripped it up and started from scratch with the "Discover, Develop, Action" format. In each session on the agenda, you will first hear 20-minute case-studies from your peers on their most impactful HR strategies. You'll then have the opportunity to question those speakers, before spending dedicated time at your tables building an action plan of what you're going to now change in your own HR strategy.
